How soon can you come look at my driveway?+
Usually within a few days of the call, often sooner in season. We set a time and keep it. You will not be left wondering if anyone is coming.
When is paving season in Vermont?+
Warm months, typically late spring through fall, when the ground and mix can be placed correctly. We will be honest if it is too late in the year for a lasting job and put you on the list for spring.
How long does a driveway last up here?+
Done right — sub-base, compaction, and a proper mat — a driveway or parking lot should look good for many winters. Freeze-thaw will find a weak base. We thoroughly evaluate your existing base during the estimate, so no corners get cut.
Why do you look at the sub-base?+

Do you take small jobs?+

Third generation. The family started paving in 1970. Adam Fortin runs Northeast Paving and Sealing today. Same family on the work.
