About

Three generations. One way of doing the job.

Grandfather, father, and now Adam. A Vermont family that paves driveways and parking lots — and still treats the work like neighbors will see it.

A Vermont paving family

We started in 1970. The people in the old photos are family — dad, grandfather, and the crew that rode with them. Today Adam Fortin runs the company. Same family. Same phone. We come to you.

Most of the work is driveways and parking lots. A patch, a walkway, a school lot — no job too big or too small. We have done them all, and the driveway in front of your house gets the same care. We thoroughly evaluate your existing base during the estimate, so no corners get cut. Vermont winters are why.

We return your call. We keep the process simple. The work has to look right after Vermont winters. We would love to do yours next.

Same family. Same standard.

Three generations

  1. 1970

    The family starts paving

Northeast Paving begins in northern Vermont. The trucks and the family have been here since.

  2. 1990s

    The bigger jobs

Downtown work in Newport that is still in good condition decades later — the same crew, the same standard we bring to driveways and parking lots.

  3. Today

    Adam and the third generation

Adam runs it now. Same family. We come to you across Vermont and nearby New Hampshire.

From the family album

The old trucks, the yellow door sign, the people leaning on the bumper. That was family. That is still who shows up.
